Everyone can publish experience, the only requirement you must have is knowing how to share your experience.
How do I add dates?
Once you have completed the description fields, added the photo and saved the experience, you will be able to access the calendar where you can enter the date and time for people.
How do I get paid by Expertrek when I sell an experience?
The payment of the Expertiser (people who insert the experience) will be made by bank transfer. You will be contacted to provide your details and payment will be made to your bank account.
What does Expertiser mean?
All the people (private individuals or companies) who insert the experiences within the portal are classified as Expertisers
How do I enter an address?
The address field uses the services of google, once you begin to type the address of your experience, google will complete it for best location on the map.
Why in the experience page, the map pointer is in the middle of sea?
Probably the address was not entered correctly. Use the autocomplete service, it will help you to enter your address
Why give error or not upload the photo when I publish an experience?
Perhaps the photo you are trying to upload have an high resolution. Although Expertrek has integrated an image optimization system, you must reduce the size before inserting it.
How can I get a refund?
You can get a refund if there are any problems with the experience you have purchased. Contact us now on email@example.com to receive more information
When do I receive the money for the sold experiences?
To avoid any kind of fraud by Expertiser, the payment will be made one month after the experience has been completed.
How can I publish an experience avalyable for all countries?
To publish an experience valid for all countries, simply enter the price for the countries indicated (Euro for Italy, Euro for Spain and Pound for United Kingdom)
How can I signup?
At the top left you will find the "Subscribe" button, enter your details and once completed confirm your email. Now you are ready to enter the world of Expertrek
How can I purchase an experience?
If available in your country, on the page of the experience you want to buy, you will find the "Book Now" button. Select how many people take part for experience, choose your date and procee

Why my newly published experience is not visible?
Each experience that is published needs 48h to be viewed and approved by our team. In case of problems, you will be contacted to correct any error.
A person who bought my experience did not show up.
We are really sorry for this inconvenience, but if the person did not show up and paid, we can not refund it. The expertiser will be paid equally for the experience.
How can I report a problem?
We have the Ticket service, here our team and other users can give an answer for your problem. Enter your question and an answer will be given as soon as possible.
How can I change my profile picture?
Inside "My Profile" section, in the Photos tab, you can upload a new profile picture.
